Findings Database

The Office of Internal Audit maintains an electronic database of previously issued reports and findings. We use this database to keep track of the status of previously issued findings and to produce reports such as a list of all outstanding findings, a list of all audit reports issued in a particular time frame, for a certain organizational unit, etc.
